Our Booking System Has Moved to Vagaro

Our online booking has officially moved from Booksy to Vagaro. Booksy is now turned off, and all new appointments will be managed through Vagaro.

You can now book, change, or cancel appointments directly at https://www.vagaro.com/filedaria.

What’s improved

  • Faster, clearer booking with an updated interface, confirmations, and a dedicated booking page.
  • Better communication, with text/email reminders handled through one system instead of two.
  • Stronger reliability around appointments, reminders, and history moving forward.

What’s changed now that the switch is complete

  • Booksy is turned off: You will no longer be able to book or manage appointments through Booksy.
  • All new bookings go through Vagaro: Please use our Vagaro link for all future appointments: https://www.vagaro.com/filedaria.
  • Reminders: Going forward, reminders will come from Vagaro only. You may see a final Booksy reminder if it was already queued before the switch.
  • Small hiccups: While the transition is complete, there may still be occasional minor glitches as we fine-tune settings. If something looks off, please contact us.

Card on file (no-show protection)

Vagaro may require a credit card on file for existing guests and will require it for all new guests. This helps reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations so we can keep appointment times available and running on time.

Unforeseen emergencies will be exempt at our discretion.

Cancellation policy reminder

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.

How we’ll keep you informed

With the Vagaro rollout now live, we’ll use this page, our homepage, email, and Instagram to share any further updates—especially as we introduce our upcoming 24/7 receptionist and any refinements to policies or booking flow.

This page remains the official source of truth for future booking-system updates.

FAQ

Do I need to do anything right now?

Yes—please use Vagaro for all new bookings, changes, and cancellations. You can access our booking page at https://www.vagaro.com/filedaria. If Vagaro prompts you to add a card on file, you can do that securely when booking.

Why am I getting duplicate reminders?

In some cases, a final Booksy reminder may still go out if it was scheduled before the switch. Going forward, reminders will come from Vagaro only.

Is the transition complete?

Yes. As of November 26, 2025, Filedaria bookings are fully managed through Vagaro. Booksy is no longer used for appointments.

What about calls and messages?

We are in the process of rolling out a 24/7 receptionist to help with calls and messages. Until that’s live, you can continue to reach us through our usual phone and text channels, and manage appointments directly through Vagaro.

How is my information handled?

We transfer only what’s needed to manage your bookings. Vagaro uses secure, industry-standard practices for handling payment and personal data, including encrypted storage for cards on file.
