We’re Upgrading Our Booking System to Serve You Better
We’re moving our online booking from Booksy to Vagaro as part of a larger quality upgrade across Filedaria. The goal: a smoother, more reliable experience for every guest.
What’s improving
- Faster, clearer booking with an updated interface and confirmations.
- Better communication, including 24/7 call answering once the rollout is complete.
- Stronger reliability around appointments, reminders, and history.
What to expect during the transition
- Timing: The changeover will take several days. We’ll post a final “all done” update here when it’s complete.
- Overlap: You may receive duplicate reminders or see messages from both Booksy and Vagaro while we transfer bookings.
- Small hiccups: Please bear with us—mistakes may happen as we migrate data. We’re monitoring closely and correcting quickly.
Card on file (no-show protection)
Vagaro may require a credit card on file for existing guests and will require it for all new guests. This helps reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations so we can keep appointment times available and running on time.
Unforeseen emergencies will be exempt at our discretion.
Cancellation policy reminder
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.
How we’ll keep you informed
We’ll post updates here and share the final “transition complete” announcement across our usual channels (homepage snippet, pop-up, email, text, and Instagram Stories). This page is the official source of truth for rollout status.
FAQ
Do I need to do anything right now?
No action is required during the switch. If Vagaro prompts you to add a card on file, you can do that securely in your account when booking or updating an appointment.
Why am I getting duplicate reminders?
During the transfer you may receive reminders from both Booksy and Vagaro. This is temporary and will resolve once the migration is complete.
When will the transition be complete?
The process takes a few days. We’ll update this page and send a final confirmation through all channels when everything is live on Vagaro.
What about calls and messages?
As part of this upgrade, we’re rolling out 24/7 call answering to make getting help easier once the transition is complete.
How is my information handled?
We transfer only what’s needed to manage your bookings. Vagaro uses secure, industry-standard practices for handling payment and personal data.
