Thank you for visiting and shopping at Filedaria.com. Below are the details of our current shipping policy.


🏢 STORE PICKUP – 116 Bronte Road, Oakville

Save on shipping fees by picking up your order at our salon.

  • Pickup is by appointment only
    Please text 289-295-3871 to arrange a time.

  • During regular salon hours, pickups are available:
    Wed – Fri: 10 am – 7:30 pm
    Sat – Sun: 10 am – 6 pm
    Closed: Mon & Tues

You’ll receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.


SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Shipping within Canada is fulfilled by Canada Post and UPS.
Orders are shipped in batches every 2 – 3 business days.

We use either:

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel, or

  • Canada Post Regular Parcel, depending on package size and destination.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

🚫 At this time, we have temporarily paused all U.S. orders. Recent changes to cross-border trade, including the elimination of the de minimis exemption and increased import tariffs, have made fulfillment to the United States unsustainable under our current model.

We are actively working on better solutions for our U.S. customers and look forward to reopening shipping in the future. 🇺🇸


🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to Canada only. U.S. shipping is temporarily paused due to new tariff regulations.


🕒 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We ship in batches every 2 – 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or text once your order is processed

  • Tracking information will be provided when your shipment is ready

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

📦 DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@filedaria.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Please retain all packaging materials when submitting a claim.
