Thank you for visiting and shopping at Filedaria.com. The following are the details of our Shipping Policy.

 

STORE PICKUP – 116 BRONTE ROAD, OAKVILLE

  • Save on shipping fees by picking up your order at our salon.
  • While the salon is in Lockdown, all pickups will be by appointment only. Please TEXT 416-931-4844 to arrange a pickup time.
  • During regular salon operations, orders can be picked up Wednesday - Saturday, from 10am - 8pm, and are generally ready within an hour during store hours.
  • An email or text message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • Greater Toronto Area (See map below for coverage area)

  • During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the shaded area of the map. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
  • Orders placed before 10am from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered on the next business day.
  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or text with real-time tracking information.
  • Local delivery is fulfilled by Shippie.

SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

  • We currently only ship to Canada and the USA.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

  • We ship from Oakville, Ontario, Canada
  • We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail or text confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@filedaria.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

 

NOTE

  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

 

DAMAGES

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@filedaria.com with your order number and images of the damaged product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
